1. Overview

The Gaming Streak Challenge is hosted on wheelofwhales.io. By participating, you agree to these Terms and Conditions (T&C) and wheelofwhales.io’s rules.

2. Eligibility

Must be a registered wheelofwhales.io user and of legal age for online gaming in your jurisdiction.
Employees or affiliates of Wheel of Whales, wheelofwhales.io, or whale.io are not eligible.
Must comply with local laws.

3. Challenge Period

Runs from September 24, 2025, 9:00 pm UTC to my time to October 11, 2025, 12:00 am UTC.

4. How to Participate 

1. Earn points by depositing funds and playing on your connected whale.io account for most consecutive days during the challenge period.
2. Point System: 
   1. Each day deposited and wagered over $10 worth gives 10 points.
   2. Each day deposited and wagered over $50 worth gives 50 points.
3. Minimum wagering is $10 USDT per day to earn points for that day.
4. No minimum deposit, except for whale.io’s minimum requirement (varies by payment method, starting at $1 USD).  
5. Wager in any currency supported by whale.io, except mWhale tokens.
6. Only users who have opted-in and connected their whale.io and wheelofwhales.io accounts are eligible.

5. Prizes

The total Prize Pool of the challenge is 1.25 billion mWhale tokens. Rewards will be distributed based on final position as following: 

• 1st: 500M mWhale tokens  
• 2nd: 300M mWhale tokens  
• 3rd: 200M mWhale tokens  
• 4th: 100M mWhale tokens  
• 5th: 70M mWhale tokens  
• 6th: 40M mWhale tokens  
• 7th: 20M mWhale tokens  
• 8th: 10M mWhale tokens  
• 9th: 6M mWhale tokens  
• 10th: 4M mWhale tokens  

Prizes are non-transferable and non-redeemable for cash.
Prizes will be credited to winners’ respective wheelofwhales.io accounts after October 11, 2025.

6. Winner Selection 

The top 10 participants with the highest points on the leaderboard at the end of the challenge period will be declared winners.  

In case of a tie, the user who reached the point total first will rank higher.

7. General Rules 

Fraudulent activity (e.g., botting, fake accounts) leads to disqualification and a potential ban on suspicious accounts and beneficiaries. Challenge may be modified or canceled due to unforeseen issues.
Wheel of Whales isn’t liable for technical issues affecting participation.
Losses in these games will not deduct tokens.
Only games that have successfully ended are counted in the challenges.

8. Privacy 

Data handled per wheelofwhales.io’s Privacy Policy.
Username may be used for leaderboard/winner announcements.

9. Liability

Wheel of Whales, wheelofwhales.io, and whale.io aren’t liable for losses from participation, as permitted by law.
