1. Overview

The “Refer a Friend” weekly challenge is hosted on wheelofwhales.io. By participating, you agree to these Terms and Conditions (T&C) and wheelofwhales.io’s rules.

2. Eligibility 

Must be a registered wheelofwhales.io user and of legal age for online gaming in your jurisdiction. 
Employees or affiliates of Wheel of Whales, wheelofwhales.io, or whale.io are not eligible. 
Must comply with local laws.

3. Challenge Period

Runs from May 30, 2025, 12:00 UTC to June 6, 2025, 12:00 UTC.

4. How to Participate 

Refer friends to wheelofwhales.io using your unique referral link. Points are earned as follows: 
1 point: Per friend who registers on wheelofwhales.io. 
25 points: Per friend who completes a deposit and play task on whale.io.
2 points: Per friend who collects 5,000,000 mWhale Tokens. 
5 points: Per friend who collects 25,000,000 mWhale Tokens. 
25 points: Per friend who collects 50,000,000 mWhale Tokens.

The deposit and play task must be completed on Whale.io as per platform rules. 
Wheel of Whales may verify referrals and tasks.

5. Prizes 

Top 3 Leaderboard: 
1st: 500M mWhale Tokens (wheelofwhales.io) + 3x FS Lootbox (whale.io). 
2nd: 300M mWhale Tokens + 3x FS Lootbox.
3rd: 200M mWhale Tokens + 2x FS Lootbox.

Raffle: 2 players from top 100 leaderboard each get 100M mWhale Tokens (wheelofwhales.io) + 1x FS Lootbox (whale.io). 

To receive FS Lootbox prizes, participants must have a Whale.io account connected to their Wheelofwhales.io account via the convert window. 
Prizes are non-transferable and non-redeemable for cash.
Prizes will be credited to winners’ respective wheelofwhales.io and whale.io accounts on June 6, 2025.

6. Winner Selection 

Top 3 based on highest points. Ties broken by earliest referral action. 
2 raffle winners randomly selected from top 100. 

7. General Rules 

Fraudulent activity (e.g., botting, fake accounts) leads to disqualification. 
Challenge may be modified or canceled due to unforeseen issues. 
Wheel of Whales isn’t liable for technical issues affecting participation.

8. Privacy 

Data handled per wheelofwhales.io’s Privacy Policy. 
Username may be used for leaderboard/winner announcements.

9. Liability

Wheel of Whales, wheelofwhales.io, and whale.io aren’t liable for losses from participation, as permitted by law.
