1. Overview

The Originals Challenge is hosted on wheelofwhales.io. By participating, you agree to these Terms and Conditions (T&C) and the rules of wheelofwhales.io and whale.io.

2. Eligibility 

1. Must be a registered user on wheelofwhales.io and whale.io, with a whale.io account linked to your Wheel of whales account.  
2. Must be of legal age for online gaming in your jurisdiction and comply with local laws.  
3. Must be obliged to Whale.io’s general terms and conditions.
4. Employees or affiliates of Wheel of Whales, wheelofwhales.io, or whale.io are not eligible.  
5. Participants must opt-in to The Originals Challenge via wheelofwhales.io.

3. Challenge Period

1. Runs from October 30, 2025, 12:00 pm UTC to October 13, 2025, 12 pm UTC.
2. Winners will be announced after October 13, 2025.

4. How to Earn points

1. Earn points by playing Whale Original games in whale.io and winning during the challenge period.
2. Point System: 
   1. $1 USD worth wagered = 10 points (e.g., $1.5 USD = 15 points)
   2. Each day deposited & wagered over 10 USD worth = +100 points
   3. Each day deposited & wagered over 50 USD worth = +500 points
3. No minimum wagering requirement for this challenge. 
4. Points are capped at 10,000 per day per user. Wagering exceeding this limit will not earn additional points until the daily reset (12:00 am UTC).
5. Originals can be played in any currency supported by whale.io, including Whale tokens.
6. Only users who have opted-in and connected their whale.io and wheelofwhales.io accounts are eligible.

6. Prizes

The total Prize Pool of the challenge is 2 billion mWhale tokens. Rewards will be distributed based on final position as following: 

• 1st: 500M mWhale tokens
• 2nd: 300M mWhale tokens
• 3rd: 200M mWhale tokens
• 4th: 100M mWhale tokens
• 5th: 70M mWhale tokens
• 6th: 40M mWhale tokens
• 7th: 20M Whale tokens
• 8th: 10M mWhale tokens
• 9th: 6M mWhale tokens
• 10th: 4M mWhale tokens

Prizes are credited to winners’ wheelofwhales.io accounts after Challenge ends.  

1. Prizes are non-transferable and non-redeemable for cash.  
2. To receive prizes, participants must have a whale.io account connected to their wheelofwhales.io account via the conversion window.

Participants can earn additional rewards by depositing and wagering in Whale.io, that are not part of the challenge directly, including:  

• Battlepass Rewards: $Whale tokens, free spins, and other rewards as per wheelofwhales.io’s Battlepass program.  
• Cashback: As offered by whale.io, subject to their terms.
• Wheel of Whales Task Completion: Earn mWhale tokens by completing daily wagering tasks on wheelofwhales.io, as outlined in the game’s task system.
• Any winnings they earn while playing in Whale.io.

7. Winner Selection  

1. The top 10 participants with the highest points on the leaderboard at the end of the challenge period will be declared winners.  
2. In case of a tie, the user who reached the point total first will rank higher.

8. General Rules

1. Fraudulent activity (e.g., botting, fake accounts, or exploiting system loopholes) will result in disqualification, potential account bans, and forfeiture of prizes for suspicious accounts and their beneficiaries.  
2. Wheel of Whales reserves the right to modify, extend, or cancel the challenge due to unforeseen issues, including technical difficulties. 
3. Wheel of Whales, wheelofwhales.io, and whale.io are not liable for technical issues affecting participation or for any losses incurred during the challenge, as permitted by law.  
4. Only deposits and wagers made during the challenge period and meeting all eligibility criteria will count toward points.
5. By participating in The Originals Challenge, you acknowledge and agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.

9. Privacy

1. Participant data is handled per wheelofwhales.io’s Privacy Policy.  
2. Usernames and points may be displayed on the public leaderboard and used for winner announcements.

10. Liability

1. Wheel of Whales, wheelofwhales.io, and whale.io are not liable for any losses, damages, or issues arising from participation, to the extent permitted by law.
