1. Overview

The Duck Challenge is hosted on wheelofwhales.io. By participating, you agree to these Terms and Conditions (T&C) and wheelofwhales.io’s rules.

2. Eligibility

Must be a registered wheelofwhales.io user and of legal age for online gaming in your jurisdiction.
Employees or affiliates of Wheel of Whales, wheelofwhales.io, or whale.io are not eligible.
Must comply with local laws.

3. Challenge Period

Runs from July 20, 2025, 9:00 pm UTC to August 5, 2025, 12:00 am UTC.

4. How to Participate 

Play “What the Duck!?” Game and try to hit the highest multiplier before cashing out. Only players that successfully cash out with multipliers are eligible for leaderboard.

5. Prizes

Top 3 Leaderboard:
1st: 500M mWhale Tokens (wheelofwhales.io) + 3x FS Lootbox (whale.io).
2nd: 300M mWhale Tokens + 3x FS Lootbox.
3rd: 200M mWhale Tokens + 2x FS Lootbox.

To receive FS Lootbox prizes, participants must have a Whale.io account connected to their Wheelofwhales.io account via the convert window.
Prizes are non-transferable and non-redeemable for cash.
Prizes will be credited to winners’ respective wheelofwhales.io and whale.io accounts after competition ends.

6. Winner Selection 

The top three (3) winners will be determined based on the highest multipliers achieved in eligible games during the campaign period.

6.1 Tiebreaker for Equal Multipliers

In the event of a tie where participants achieve the same multiplier, the participant who recorded the multiplier first will be ranked higher on the leaderboard.

7. General Rules 

Fraudulent activity (e.g., botting, fake accounts) leads to disqualification and a potential ban on suspicious accounts and beneficiaries. Challenge may be modified or canceled due to unforeseen issues.
Wheel of Whales isn’t liable for technical issues affecting participation.
Losses in these games will not deduct tokens.
Only games that have successfully ended are counted in the challenges.

8. Privacy 

Data handled per wheelofwhales.io’s Privacy Policy.
Username may be used for leaderboard/winner announcements.

9. Liability

Wheel of Whales, wheelofwhales.io, and whale.io aren’t liable for losses from participation, as permitted by law.
